When you use our contact form, we receive the following information about you:

- IP address.
For processing personal data related to the contact form and responding to such contact, Peercode relies primarily on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, along with the associated legal grounds, to enable the intended use of the contact form.
Peercode’s website retains this data for the shortest time possible. The information is sent via email, at which point it becomes an email record. This email record is stored within a mailbox and is not routinely deleted. Upon request, we will delete this email record in accordance with Article 7(3) of the GDPR.
Newsletter, sending papers and other relevant information
Visitors can subscribe to the newsletter or request papers and other relevant information via the website. To do so, the visitor provides an email address. Based on this request, the requested information will be sent to the provided email address either automatically or manually.
When you subscribe to the newsletter, we process the following information about you:
- Email address;
- IP address.
The purpose of this processing is to meet the visitor’s request, namely to send information including newsletters, updates about Peercode’s services, and relevant papers. Peercode relies on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR and its associated legal grounds, which pertain to obtaining consent for the processing of personal data.
It is possible to withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the appropriate link in the email you received. By clicking this link, you will unsubscribe from newsletters and service-related information, in accordance with Article 7(3) of the GDPR.
Security, statistics and analysis
Peercode will track general visit data from its website. In this context, the IP address, your name and e-mail address, among others, may be recorded and used for statistics and analyses thereof, with the aim of improving the website experience and services. Peercode has taken appropriate security measures to manage this website, including anonymising data as much as possible.
Furthermore, Peercode has made arrangements with sub-processors and only cooperates with sub-processors if appropriate technical and organisational measures can be taken to adequately mitigate the risks to data subjects. We only give your personal data to other companies or institutions if this is necessary for our service or if we are required to do so by law (e.g. if the police require this in case of suspected crime). Per purposes, parties are involved in the processing if necessary.
A processor agreement is in place with Google for the functionality of Google reCAPTCHA. We use Google reCAPTCHA to prevent misuse of our contact form. To ensure the functionality of reCAPTCHA, the following data is shared. When using this website, you consent to this:

- the plugins your browser contains; and
- all temporary web application storage related to this website.
We use Piwik PRO to track statistics and create analysis based on them. The following information about you and your browser is processed:

In addition, you can object to the use of your data (Article 21 of the AVG) and the withdrawal of your consent is done in accordance with Article 7 of the AVG.
