MASK-air is an application created for people with allergies and asthma. It helps patients keep track of their symptoms and medication use and sends a notification when certain limits are exceeded. Patients install the app on their phones, enabling them to actively contribute to symptom management. Additionally, patients can share their tracked data with their doctor through the accompanying website. The physician can use this information, for example, to provide a personalized treatment plan.

MASK-air has been certified under the MDR as a Class IIa medical device since January 2022. The software is now available in 29 countries (inside and outside Europe), although in some countries it is not considered a medical device. Read more information about the MASK air software here.
